SERVICES

We are committed to providing our clients with total transparency. This is accomplished with our state of the art elevator/escalator interface where clients can track each maintenance, service, and repair. Providing real time data so you can see shut down equipment, monthly call backs frequency, pending service work orders, and monthly maintenance visits.

We provide our clients with the highest level of workmanship and only use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to further reduce the call back which are notably one of the main causes.

Providing any and all service work to elevators, escalators, limited use limited application lifts (accessibility lift), moving walks, cartveyors. We are more than capable to work on any brand or vintage of escalator. We perform various small repairs, step/skirt performance index (SSPI) and testing to full rebuilds.

We are setting a new standard in the industry, not just with our incredibly fast service/repair completion times, competitive rates, and our drastically reduced call back occurrences, but we’re focusing on the basics by providing proper preventive maintenance.

Currently our staff consists of three fully licensed technicians carrying EDM-A (elevating device mechanic class A) and one helper carrying an EDM-T (elevating device mechanic-in training), who are all union members. Furthermore, we have approximately twenty-four years of experience within the company.

While we gained experience working for the competitors, we noticed a high occurrence of call backs due to lack of maintenance. This caused equipment shut downs and placed a large financial burden at the equipment owners expense.

Despite Leading Edge Escalators being a unionized company,
we guarantee that there will be no service disruption during a labor dispute so your elevating devices will be covered 365 days a year.
